Refund & Returns Policy

The Short Version

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every order of Purelieve. Take it daily for the full 90-day reset window. If you don't see the difference you expected — eased puffiness, a calmer morning face, or feeling lighter — email us at support@purelieve.com and we'll refund your order.

You don't need to return opened bottles. We don't ask for proof. We don't make you jump through hoops. We built this guarantee to match how the product actually works — lymphatic shifts compound over weeks, and you should have time to evaluate properly.


Why 90 Days?

Lymphatic flow doesn't change overnight. Most women notice the first subtle shifts in week 2–3, the morning mirror starts looking familiar around week 4, and full results compound through week 8–12.

A 30-day guarantee would force you to make a decision before the product has had time to do its work. Ninety days is the honest window. If we asked for less, we'd be cutting your evaluation short. If you need more — talk to us.


What's Covered

Every order placed through purelieve.com is covered, including:

  • Single bottles, 2-packs, and 3-packs
  • Subscription orders
  • Promotional and discounted orders
  • Orders placed during sales events

The 90-day window starts the day your order is delivered to you (per the carrier's tracking record), not the day you placed the order.


How To Request A Refund

Email support@purelieve.com with:

  1. Your order number (it's in your order confirmation email — starts with #)
  2. A short note about your experience (we read these — every one of them helps us improve the product)

That's it. You don't need to send the bottles back. You don't need photos. You don't need to call. We process refund requests within 1 business day.


When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we approve your refund:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–7 business days

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment we process the refund on our end. If you haven't seen the refund hit your account after 10 business days, email us — we'll check on it.


Returns vs. Refunds

We don't require returns. You can keep, gift, or discard any opened bottles. Two reasons for this:

  1. Shipping a half-used herbal supplement back to us is wasteful — we can't resell or reuse it, and it costs you time and money to mail.
  2. Asking you to ship something back creates friction that doesn't serve anyone. The guarantee should feel like a guarantee, not an obstacle course.

If you have unopened, unsealed bottles you'd like to return, we can issue a return label — email us at support@purelieve.com and we'll send one. But it's optional, not required.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, email support@purelieve.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the package and bottles

We'll ship a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged product.


Subscription Orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to every subscription order, not just your first one. If a subscription shipment doesn't work for you for any reason, you can request a refund within 90 days of that specific shipment.

Keep in mind: you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard — no need to request a refund just to stop future shipments. Cancellation takes about 30 seconds and we don't put any retention pressure on you to stay.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Log into your account at purelieve.com
  2. Go to "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Cancel"

Or email support@purelieve.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you.


Refund Eligibility

Almost every refund request is approved. The only situations where we may not be able to process a refund:

  • Orders older than 90 days — past the guarantee window
  • Orders not placed directly through purelieve.com — if you bought from a third-party reseller or marketplace, you'll need to request a refund through them
  • Repeat refund requests on multiple orders — we reserve the right to decline guarantee requests if it appears the policy is being abused (e.g., placing multiple orders specifically to refund them)

Outside of these specific cases, we honor refund requests in good faith.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product (for example, swap a single bottle for a 3-pack, or vice versa), email support@purelieve.com and we'll work it out — usually a partial refund or store credit toward the difference.


Refund of Promotional or Discounted Orders

If your order included a promotional discount, free gifts, or was part of a bundle:

  • The refund amount is based on what you actually paid (after discounts), not the original list price
  • You're welcome to keep any free gifts (digital guides, bonus PDFs, etc.) — there's no need to return or unsubscribe from them

Cancelling An Order Before It Ships

If you change your mind about an order before it ships, email support@purelieve.com as quickly as possible with your order number. We'll cancel and refund in full if the order hasn't already been packed and handed to the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, the 90-day guarantee process applies.


Refund of Shipping Charges

US shipping is free on every order, so there's nothing to refund there.

For Canadian and international orders where you paid shipping at checkout, shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective products, where we'll refund both the product and the shipping cost.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your order, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We approve almost every refund request — and we can resolve issues much faster than a chargeback dispute, which can take 30–90 days through your bank.

If you've already filed a chargeback, please email us at support@purelieve.com so we can work with you and your bank to resolve it as quickly as possible.
