Overview
We ship Purelieve from our US fulfillment partner to customers across the United States and Canada. Every order is processed within 1 business day and shipped via reliable tracked carriers so you can follow your order from our facility to your door.
We've kept this policy short, clear, and free of fine-print surprises. If you have a question we haven't answered below, email us at support@purelieve.com and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on every order to the United States. No minimum order. No exceptions. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
For Canadian orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated rates start at $9.95 USD for single-bottle orders.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order faster. Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected speed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

These are estimates from our carriers — not guarantees. Severe weather, peak holiday volume, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery by a day or two. We monitor every shipment and will reach out proactively if we see anything unusual.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates.
If you don't see a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Verify the email address you used at checkout
- Email us at support@purelieve.com with your order number and we'll resend tracking
Subscription Orders
If you're on auto-refill, your subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected schedule (every 30, 60, or 90 days). Free shipping applies to every subscription order — no exceptions.
You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next subscription order ships, giving you time to skip, pause, or modify the order if needed. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your destination and the size of your order. Our system selects the carrier most likely to deliver your order quickly and reliably to your address.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. If your address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to confirm a new address — additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after ordering, email us at support@purelieve.com within 1 hour of your order and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side entrance)
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually arrive
If 24 hours pass and your package still hasn't surfaced, email us at support@purelieve.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, if needed, send a replacement.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package and contents before discarding anything, then email us at support@purelieve.com with the photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement.
We do not require you to return damaged or undelivered shipments — your time is more valuable than that.
International Customs & Duties (Canadian Orders)
For Canadian orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees, if any, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Purelieve does not collect or remit these fees, and we cannot estimate them in advance.
If you have questions about customs charges in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order anytime before it ships. Email us at support@purelieve.com with your order number as quickly as possible — once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

Holiday & Peak Periods
During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holiday season, and major sale events), processing and delivery times may extend by 1–3 business days. We'll communicate any expected delays via email and on the homepage banner.
